Maternity Selfies
It may be a combination of pride and practicality (or is it impracticality?), but when it comes time for my own family photos, the thought always comes to mind "well, I should be able to do that myself". Out comes the tripod and the remote, and away we go: time for maternity photos.
The baby will be here in just over a week (or so we're told...but you never know!), so we decided to bundle up against the cold and head out to Centennial Park. Unfortunately the sun made no appearances that afternoon, so all our light had to be artificial. Was I supposed to admit that?
We shot a few photos until my hands went numb. And without gloves on because I had to actually be IN the photos this time around, it didn't last very long until we were running back to the car!
