Now that you’ve heard my thoughts on the Godox Lux Junior, feel free to browse through some image samples below.

First we begin with some photos taken with our lovely model https://www.instagram.com/vee._.pink/ on the Sony a7iv using the Venus Laowa 58mm macro lens. These ones are mostly exposed using the flash to equally balance the background exposure (as much as possible) using an ND filter on the lens to keep it within sync speed.

Then we’ll go a little lighter and now the flash is only being used just a Touch, with the background getting blown out a little, and shadows mostly being recovered in post instead of being fully balanced with the flash (a better look for my own style). These shots were taken with the Meike 50mm 0.95 lens - very dreamy and full of delightful character! (review coming soon…)
