Oh hey, it’s Wes!

I’m an award-winning wedding photographer based in Riverview (right next to Moncton), New Brunswick. I've delivered well over 200 weddings since 2015, and regularly cover weddings across New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and Prince Edward Island, from Halifax to Saint John to Charlottetown and everywhere in between. My style is a mix of candid, documentary storytelling, and bold, beautifully lit magazine-grade portraits.

Easy Going, Collaborative
and Ready for Anything

I've learned over 200 weddings that the best photos usually come from staying out of the way. For much of your day I'll be a fly on the wall, catching the candid, documentary moments as they actually happen: the nervous laugh before the first look, your grandmother wiping her eyes during the vows, even the messy dance floor at midnight. Those are the shots you'll still love to look back on in twenty years.

But I don't only shoot candids. When there's the time and the place for it, I'll pull out the big guns (the lights, the lenses, all of it) and make something truly epic. Some photographers are afraid of the dark. I come equipped to bring great light to any situation, from a dimly lit reception hall to a cathedral to a beach at blue hour. My style is a mix of just about everything, because your day is too.

"Home base" is a loose term when there's a wedding to shoot. This is the day job, so I'll travel anytime and anywhere. An elopement on a mountain on a Wednesday morning? I'm game. A Saturday cathedral wedding for 300 guests? Of course!

I believe the creative process should be collaborative, so the end result reflects both my style and your own personality. I'll be decisive about finding great shots, but I'll also be looking for your input the whole way through, so we capture the spaces, places, and moments that matter most to you. On the day itself, couples often tell me I bring a calm, reassuring presence to the room, which I'm always relieved to hear, because on the inside my mind is always racing to the next shot. After over 200 weddings, there's not a lot that can catch me off guard with a camera (or three) at the ready.

For a full day of wedding coverage you'll receive well over 500 fully edited, high-resolution images, delivered in under a month, and often sooner. Photo booths and video coverage are available too, if you'd like the whole day documented from every angle.
