Alex & Brenton's Wedding

A quick wedding by the coast! I don’t think I’ve ever had a wedding crowd as hyped up as this one was. It was a last minute booking, with little time for planning in the leadup, so I essentially just showed up ready for anything. And boy did I need to be (in a good way… I’d rather have a wedding with a little excitement, of course).

After a both touching and hilarious ceremony, officiated by a close friend, we decided we needed to maximize our usage of the beautiful hand made flower arch for the photos. Then we headed down to the beach to get a little wet, and take some beautiful photos.

By the time we were done, the sun was long gone (that last photo was Quite dark!), and we headed back up to the house for the reception. Starting with the first dance out on the lawn, it was even darker by this point, so I had to break out a few off camera flashes to make sure they could be seen. And then before it was my time to go, we went inside to cut the cake, because after being told about it, I just had to have some photos about the inside!

What an amazing evening by the water! Congratulations, Alex and Brenton! It was definitely one to remember.
