Nicole & James' Engagement

A classic New Brunswick engagement shoot: in Albert County, at a covered bridge, in plaid, with cowboy boots on. Unfortunately I forgot my maple syrup, but I think we made do just fine without it ;)

People often ask if they can bring their dog along for the engagement shoot. Of course the answer is Yes, this shoot isn’t about me, it’s about you. I just can’t guarantee that the dog will be adequately entertained the entire time, as you’ll probably want some shots with them, and some without. In which case, it’s a good idea to bring a friend along to take them for a walk at some point.

But I digress… Down the dirt road, through the bridge, and into the tall grass, we wandered about the landscape that evening. Sometimes when the spot is so varied, it’s hard to decide exactly where to shoot, so I just try to get a little bit of everything in (and, of course, take way too many pictures…but there are definitely worse problems to have 😉).

I can’t wait to take too many pictures at your wedding in September! See you then!
