Family Photos at irishtown nature park
I swear I didn't ask them to take of their shoes and play in the water.
I swear I didn't even suggest it!
Nor do I regret that it happened ;)
We began with 'the usual suspects' - trying to get everyone into their respective family photos, smiling faces, lined up all happy in the waning afternoon sun. But then, thankfully, things just became what they became: the kids played, the adults laughed, and the family was a family. Those are always my favourite times. When everyone, even if for just moments at a time, forgets about the camera, and has a little bit of fun.
Even if it does mean getting a little muddy from time to time.
